VPS GO - Refund Policy

At VPS GO, we strive to provide quality VPS hosting services to our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our services. By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1 Refunds are provided only under specific conditions outlined in this policy. We do not offer refunds for all purchases, and refunds will be issued solely at our discretion.

1.2 Refunds are applicable only to the first-time purchase of a VPS service plan. Renewals, upgrades, and additional services are not eligible for refunds.

2. Money-Back Guarantee

2.1 We offer a [12 Hours] Money-Back Guarantee on our VPS services. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first [7] days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

2.2 The Money-Back Guarantee applies only to new customers and first-time purchases. Subsequent purchases, renewals, or existing customers upgrading to new plans are not eligible.

3. Non-Refundable Items

3.1 The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers.
Additional add-ons, including but not limited to software licenses, IP addresses, and SSL certificates.
One-time setup fees or any other non-recurring charges.
Services purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

4. Refund Conditions

4.1 Refund requests must be submitted within the specified refund period ([7] days from the date of initial purchase).

4.2 Refunds will not be issued if:

The service has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
The customer has already received a refund for a previous purchase.
The service has been used to violate any laws or regulations.

5. Refund Process

5.1 To request a refund, please contact our Support Team at support@vpsgo.in with your order details, including the order number and reason for the refund.

5.2 Upon approval, refunds will be processed within [7-14] business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5.3 We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider related to the refund process.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 You may cancel your service at any time by contacting our Support Team or through your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the service.

7. Chargebacks
