How long does a domain registration take?
Once payment is verified by our PayU webhook callback, domain registration requests are sent instantly via secure registry APIs. Active status is typically reflected within seconds.
What is an EPP / Auth code and where do I find it?
An EPP code is a unique transfer secret key generated by registries. If you own a domain registered here, navigate to your security tab, re-verify your password, and look up the code.
Can I manage custom hostnames?
Yes. Our child nameservers controller allows you to map custom server IPs to child prefix hostnames (e.g. ns1.yourdomain.com) directly mapped to registry zones.
What happens if I miss the RAA validation deadline?
Under ICANN regulations, registrant contact email addresses must be validated within 15 days of registration. If left unverified, the registry will change the domain status to suspended. You can trigger RAA mail resends directly from our dashboard.
