1. Domain Registration Refundability

Under registry rules, successfully registered domain names are locked immediately at the central registry. Consequently, domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable.

2. Failed Registrations

If a payment goes through successfully but domain registration fails at the registrar due to race conditions or registry restrictions, your order status is marked as MANUAL_REVIEW or REFUND_REQUIRED. Our team will verify and initiate a full reversal of the transaction to your original payment source.

3. Dispute Timelines

Refund processing for eligible failed transactions takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on PayU bank settlement clearances.
