1. Registrar Agreement

By purchasing domain names through VPS GO, you enter into a direct client-registrar agreement bound by the rules of ICANN and our upstream registrar. You must provide truthful and accurate Registrant Contact details (name, email, phone, physical address).

2. RAA Verification

You acknowledge that ICANN requires RAA validation within 15 days of registration. Failure to verify the email address will trigger domain suspension.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices on storefront checkouts represent customer markup rates including local Indian taxes (18% GST). Payments are processed via PayU Hosted Checkout redirect channels.

4. Abuse Policies

We reserve the right to report, lock, or suspend domains violating international registry usage policies or displaying fraudulent registration credentials.
